You have several options to cook bacon: pan fry, bake and microwave.
RAW BACON
Pan Fry - Place separated slices in cold frying pan. Cook slowly over low to medium heat. Turn often to cook and brown evenly according to desired crispness. Drain on paper towel.
Bake - Place separated slices on rack in backing pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) until desired crispness. Drain on paper towel.
Microwave - Place several strips on absorbent paper towel or microwave bacon cooking dish and cover with additional towel. Microwave on high for about 1 minute per slice or until cooked to desired crispness. Cooking time varies with microwave power.
PRECOOKED BACON (available as a food service product only)
Pan Fry - Place bacon slices in frying pan on medium heat. Heat 45 seconds or until desired crispness.
Bake - Place bacon on baking pan in oven (350 F). Heat slices 1-2 minutes, or until desired crispness.
Microwave - Place bacon slices on microwave plate. Heat slices 20-45 seconds depending on desired crispness.
BLANCHED BACON (partially cooked bacon; available as a food service product only)
Pan Fry - Place bacon slices in frying pan on medium heat. Heat 2-3 minutes or until desired crispness.
Bake - Place bacon on baking pan in oven (350 F). Heat slices 4 minutes, or until desired crispness.
Microwave - Place bacon slices on microwave plate. Heat slices 1-2 minutes depending on desired crispness.
